1. How to Request Data Deletion

If you want to request deletion of your personal information from Ashiyana Design World's business-controlled systems, please send an email to:

support@ashiyanadesignworld.in

Please use "Data Deletion Request" as the subject of your email.

For verification, please provide your name and the phone number, WhatsApp number or email address associated with your communication with Ashiyana Design World.

2. Processing Your Request

After receiving a valid request, we will review the information and, where legally and operationally possible, delete or anonymize the applicable personal information from our business-controlled systems.

Some information may need to be retained where required for legal compliance, accounting, contractual obligations, court proceedings, dispute resolution, security or other legitimate business purposes.

3. WhatsApp & Third-Party Platforms

If your information has also been independently processed or stored by WhatsApp, Meta, email providers or other third-party platforms, a deletion request submitted to Ashiyana Design World does not automatically delete information held by those platforms.

In such cases, you may also need to use the respective privacy or account-management options provided by those platforms.

4. Confirmation

Where reasonably necessary, we may contact you through email or WhatsApp to verify your identity, clarify your request and confirm the outcome of the deletion request.

5. Changes

Our data-handling practices may change as our business, technology and legal requirements evolve. Any significant changes to our data deletion process may be communicated through WhatsApp or email where appropriate.
